Please help 4 year old Pooja find her parents

Iam Not sure if this helps ! But neither am I sure if this is what we need to do, but since a week or so a lot of my friends have been mailing me about pooja, the four year old girl who’s lost missing and been found in Kerala but the unfortunate thing she cant tell who her parrents are and where they are from… So this is what i have thought might help. Might be some of us can verify (especially the ones in kerala) and others might get the word around and help POOJA get back to her parrents. A lot of children 100’s infact end up as destitutes or abandoned or even orphans for whatever reasons they might be. But its no denying that there are 1000’s of Organisations and individuals that are there down at grassroot level to help these and more. So its time some of us get down to help them in whatever small way possible.

Pooja is a 4 year old girl kidnapped by a beggar. This person made Pooja beg with him. He was arrested in the Kerala state and jailed. Pooja is in an orphanage (Nirmala Sisu Bhavan in Trivandrum, Kerala, India).

The beggar who kidnapped her is dumb and deaf. So police cannot get the place from where he kidnapped her.

Pooja’s primary language is Hindi and as per Pooja, her mother’s name is Munni Devi and Father’s name is Raju. Pooja says she has a younger brother and an elder sister. She says her place is Nagaluppe, but no one has heard about this place.

I think with the power of Internet and by spreading the word around, we  may be able to trace her parents. Please find Pooja’s photos on the right hand side and below.

If you know any information about her parents, please call this orphanage.

The phone number is

0471-2307434

(0471 is the area code for Trivandrum, Kerala).

This saddens me deeply. Everyone that has a computer in India should have pictures of these children and have them posted on every front index page. At least to one side of the page so people can see. Someone is apt to recognized this child. It seems that she is so close yet so far.
