Its goodbye time for the President of India the one and only H.E Abdul Kalam.

India’s outgoing President, Abdul Kalam, has urged Indians to help transform the country into a developed nation by the year 2020.

He said that he wanted the country to be one of the best places in the world to live and work in.(BBC news website)

    one request since you are in the field of journalsim. It must be 2002 or 2003 but certainly after Kalam became president, he wrote a beautiful article in SAHARA TIMES. He wrote how an Indian will do all the things in earth to make it dirty while the same Indian on his arrival will not spit on the road. I had paper cutting of that article but misplaced it.     Yes! Undoubtedly the best we ever had. And the most respected by all walk of life- which is a near impossibility!
    I feel jealous of the Anna University students, who’ll get to be his students now…
